15 of 16 NFC Teams. One Exception.

Since the 2010 NFL season, every NFC team except the Dallas Cowboys has reached the NFC Championship Game.

Think about that.

Different coaches. Different quarterbacks. Different rosters. Different excuses.

But one thing hasn't changed: ownership.

The Cowboys haven't reached the NFC Championship Game since the 1995 season.

At what point do we stop blaming everyone else and start holding the people at the top accountable?

Is Jerry Jones the biggest reason the Cowboys haven't returned to championship contention?

That's the question. Tell us where you land in the Fan Zone — and send this to someone who still thinks it's the coach's fault.

Stat note: Dallas's last NFC Championship appearance was the 1995 season, a 38-27 win over Green Bay on Jan. 14, 1996. Every other NFC franchise has reached the game since the 2010 season.
